This package is for couples who want a guided, luxurious and stress-free planned experience from start to finish. The Planning Haus will take the lead on every detail while keeping your style, priorities and budget at the center.

  • Mood boards & design concept tailored to your story and style, assistance in sourcing and securing decor rentals, floral, lighting and signage​, mock-up sketches of layout, tablescape and ceremony set-up (as needed), styling support for wardrobe, paper goods and cohesive guest experience

• Vendor Management​

  • Contract review and negotiation support, ongoing communication & coordination with vendors, attendance at key meetings​

  • Unlimited planning meetings & regular check-ins​, RSVP tracking and guest list management, timeline creation and management, custom seating chart and layout assistance
